For this reason, they contacted us so that, in addition to designing their new image, we could take charge of preparing the programme, as well as the management and complete organisation of the event.

Once we had the definitive programme we developed a newsletter that we sent to all the guests so that we could later manage the organisation of the event, starting with the confirmation of attendance and accommodation. We also took care of arranging the necessary transport for the speakers to the location where the event was held, we decorated the space and provided access to the venue, we welcomed all the speakers and attendees and we were present throughout the event so that all the dynamics went as planned.
